Job Description

• Champion the growth of the organization’s funding portfolio.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Market and Sell our services to clients and potential patrons through consultative approach and detailed understanding of customers’ business(es) and internal offerings to value.
• Improve experience and service delivery to the Organization’s clients, members and patrons.
• Aim to preserve members and renew membership contracts.
• Focus more on individual and HNI clients as potential patrons.
• Understand client businesses to ensure needs are met via BB products and Services.
• Provide feedback to senior management, marketing and product management on member’s needs and the efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate member’s needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.


• Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Minimum of HND/BSc from a reputable tertiary institution.
