• Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content, content calendar for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Effectively communicate product information to Vendors and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Share feedback with relevant teams, including product development or marketing, to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize sales strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to identify sales opportunities, adapt strategies, and provide input on product development or marketing initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with Vendors to enhance customer loyalty and generate repeat business. Maintain regular contact with users, vendors, provide personalized recommendations and offer ongoing support.
• Education: A minimum of an OND or equivalent is required, while a degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a similar role, preferably in the delivery and logistics industry or platform-based service industry is preferred.
• Experience: Relevant experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for sales representatives to effectively communicate with clients and close deals.
