JOB DESCRIPTION

• Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content, content calendar for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms.
• Create and curate compelling and shareable content that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and target audience.
• Manage social media accounts, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the brand's social media presence.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media activities are aligned with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors by delivering excellent customer service and support. Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Effectively communicate product information to Vendors and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Share feedback with relevant teams, including product development or marketing, to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize sales strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to identify sales opportunities, adapt strategies, and provide input on product development or marketing initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with Vendors to enhance customer loyalty and generate repeat business. Maintain regular contact with users, vendors, provide personalized recommendations and offer ongoing support.

REQUIREMENTS
• Education: A minimum of an OND or equivalent is required, while a degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a similar role, preferably in the delivery and logistics industry or platform-based service industry is preferred.
• Experience: Relevant experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for sales representatives to effectively communicate with clients and close deals.
• Interpersonal skills: Sales representatives should have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues, negotiate deals, and resolve conflicts.
• Time management: Effective time management skills are important for sales representatives to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage their workload efficiently.
• Technical skills: Sales representatives should be familiar with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Self-motivation: Successful sales representatives are self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Adaptability: Sales representatives should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, as sales targets may change frequently.
