Job Description

• Setting and achieving (long and short-term) targets on sales for the region.
• Oversee and develop (train) own regional sales team.
• Maximise sales in the region: LNG, Bitumen, Emulsions, Polygra, PMA, LPG, CNG, and the leasing of LNG-fueled generators.
• Design cross-selling programs and campaigns.
• Maintain regular and close contact with the customers.
Market Intelligence
• Closely track and collect data on the market, its customers, and its suppliers.
• Forecast the evolution in demand for all products, current year and next two years.
• Prepare a sales budget for the region for the year & analyze monthly sales reports versus forecast.
• Ability to liaise with other departments such as finance, logistics…
• Oversee the workshops, retail stations, and hubs in the region.
• Present budget and ensure financial control for the expenses in the region.
• Ensure customer service across the region.
• Regular reporting to Head Office in Abuja.

• Experience selling LNG, CNG, Bitumen or Emulsions in Africa.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Capable to obtain meeting and interact with procurement managers at the customers.
• Customer oriented. Understanding customer needs. Knows customer service.
• Experience in cost control.
• Previous experience of Regional Management in Nigeria required
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Either Expatriate or Nigerian.
• If possible, someone who already has a network, knows customers in the region.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Team player and people manager.
